A Principal Built the Tool He Needed.
PrincipalPro is operated by Eduexcel Minds Pvt. Ltd. and led by a practising School Principal with 35 years of school leadership experience.
The Problem
Daily school operations involve numerous small tasks that consume leadership and coordination time. None of them are difficult. Together, they take the morning.
The Experience
Decades of school leadership provide a practical understanding of how schools actually operate, including the parts that never appear in a software specification.
The Idea
Build tools around the real daily workflow of schools, starting with the task that repeats every morning, substitution planning, and growing into syllabus progress and student performance.
The Philosophy
Technology should simplify school operations, not create another complicated system for staff to manage. That is also why PrincipalPro works alongside your existing ERP instead of replacing it.
